Shipping Policy

All products shipped to the U.S.A. currently are shipped via FedEx.  Products shipped to other locations are shipped either via Canada Post or FedEx.

Shipping normally occurs within 1 to 3 business days following our receipt of payment in full of the product and shipping costs that are invoiced.  Extreme weather events, strike actions, or other such events may introduce additional delay. 

We aim to provide the purchaser with the total cost of shipping, but we cannot control taxes, duties, tariffs, or other charges that are imposed by national, federal, state, or municipal governments.  The purchaser is responsible for payment of any such charges.
