About ToneSlinger

ToneSlinger was founded in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada by Paul McKeever in 2025.

Paul is a scientist, a philosopher, and an employment litigator by trade - a gunslinger and gun for hire, in that sense - who started winding pickups for his own guitars before others started asking him to do the same for them.  Paul developed reverse engineering software that assists him in recreating some of the most iconic pickups in guitar history, and in inventing new models of his own.

ToneSlinger pickups are hand-made by Paul, not mass-produced.
